It's nice to have authentic Mexican food. I've tried about half of the menu now and haven't had a bad dish. I have to ask for the spicy salsa, I'm always ways treated well with them making it fresh in the kitchen at my request. The pan dulce is out of this world, It's always freshly made in house, and I can honestly say I've never really enjoyed pan dulce until trying it at Brissa. I find myself eating at Brissa's if not once a week every other.

Everything about this place is totally a vibe! From the brightly colored decor, the music playing in the background, all the delicious food, and not to mention the self serve panaderia! Definitely a spot to check out if your in the Folsom area or you just want to enjoy brunch on the beautiful patio with delicious food and drink! Within 1 min of walking in, we were greeted by the host, seated, and brought some ice water, including an ice water for our daughter in her own to-go cup with straw. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and patient since we can never decide. On the table was 2 menus, breakfast which included items ranging about $12 and up and the main menu that had drinks, dessert, kids, and most importantly food. We ordered the tamale corn cakes which were delicious, but on the smaller size in portion and those were $13. The flavor was good, but wish we got a little more for the price. The Mole was soooo good. And the carnitas was tender and flavorful. Highly recommend! I forgot to take a photo of my husband food, he order the Chorizo y Papas and let's just say at the end of the meal, his plate was clean and he unbuckled his pants for the drive home. Overall, my review is super long, but I hope you read it and consider checking this place out. Everything was delicious, the service was attentive, and the overall experience was worth it.

So in love with the ambiance the details are super cute. Service was super attentive and friendly. I only went here for the pan dulce and it didn't disappoint me driving from east bay. Pan dulce was soft, yummy and delicious. I will definitely come back and try the dish next time, but the pan dulce is a must.
